Zeebo Inc. announced that the Company is combining with Tectoy, its marketing and distribution partner in Brazil, to form Zeebo Brazil SA. Zeebo Brazil SA is co-owned by Zeebo Inc, USA and Tectoy, with Zeebo Inc., USA providing financial capital to fuel the growth of the company. Tectoy executives Fernando Fischer and Andre Penha will lead the organization, which is made up of more than 30 Tectoy employees as well as the content developers from Tectoy Digital responsible for creating original Zeebo-branded titles.
